Chérie Macarons - food mood visual & a first Video
Inspired by an entrepreneur’s dream of creating a patisserie and café that feels like modern poetry, I crafted a first visual AI mood for “Chérie Macarons”, a brand concept in development.
Using AI-generated imagery, I was able to define moods, textures and atmospheres in a way that traditional moodboarding rarely offer. For me it became a quiet lesson in how imagination and technology can shape a feeling.

The process began with a wish to blend softness and nostalgia, shaping a vintage mood with a modern French twist. From there, a palette of yellow dust, petrol grey and blush rosé emerged naturally, capturing the balance between airiness and elegance that defines macarons themselves.
To anchor this visual world, tile textures were introduced, to add a sense of timelessness while keeping the overall look fresh and contemporary. As the elements evolved and harmonised, prompt by prompt, the vision came to life.

As a film producer, I naturally wanted to see how the brand would feel in motion, to make Chérie Macarons come alive beyond stills. For that I explored a simple kitchen dance inspired by the irresistible taste.
I’m not an advanced AI Pros and therefore I only worked with basic subscriptions. So I could not run endless prompts until everything was perfect and also, I was limited in creating fully consistent detailed camera positions. I also avoided retouching or compositing. I wanted to understand what is possible in its pure form.
In the end, I got a playful exploration with some glitches along the way. But I truely LOVE the contemporary spirit the video carries.
Have a look.
The result: A visual foundation that feels almost poetic and capturing the spirit of French indulgence. Not perfect yet, but a beautiful way to work between two worlds: the dream and the reality it might become.
For me, it was a really meaningful first AI project. It gave shape to wishes and turned something imagined into something visible for the very first time.
As a producer and photo–videographer, I also learned a lot about the true workflow behind it all: from timing and prompt development to working with different AI engines and realising how much my creative background supports the process from start to finish.
And this is only the beginning. New projects are already in progress.
