The Pavlova.

famous, beautiful, sweet, and delicate. A legendary dessert in Australia and New Zealand, allegedly inspired by prima ballerina Anna Pavlova’s overseas visit a century ago. In homage to this crispy delight, we became poets, narrating “The Baiser Ballet” as a tribute to its elegance.

As lovers of both food and film, we entered our creation in the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year Award 2024 to share our passion with others. Among hundreds of entries, our film was selected as one of the Top 5 and screened in London during the award ceremony, an unforgettable moment that filled us with pride as we watched our sweet ballerina dance on screen.
